Leadership with Responsibility

Managing critical energy infrastructure requires careful decision-making and a clear balance between safety, reliability, social responsibility, and economic continuity. The executive board is responsible for, among other things:

• strategy and long-term development;

• safety, health, and the environment;

• operational and technical performance;

• asset integrity and investments;

• cybersecurity and resilience;

• financial performance and risk management;

• organization and employees;

• relationships with shareholders, customers, governments, and other stakeholders.

The Executive Board is accountable within NGT’s governance structure and works closely with the Supervisory Board and the shareholders.
