Protection of IT and Operational Technology
The digitization of energy infrastructure offers new opportunities for monitoring, control, and efficient management. At the same time, dependence on digital systems is increasing, and cyber threats are constantly evolving.
NGT therefore protects both its information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT).
Our approach consists of a combination of prevention, detection, and response. Among other things, we invest in technical security measures, continuous monitoring, access control, incident response, and raising awareness among employees and partners.
In doing so, we focus not only on preventing cyber incidents. Equally important is the ability to recognize anomalies in a timely manner, respond appropriately, and safely continue or restore critical processes.
Cybersecurity is not a one-time measure, but an ongoing process.

Prepared for Disruptions
Critical infrastructure can face a wide range of disruptions. In addition to cyber threats, technical malfunctions, physical incidents, the failure of essential services, or disruptions at suppliers and other supply chain partners can all impact operations.
For NGT, resilience means that we understand these risks, manage them where possible, and are prepared should a disruption occur.
That is why we focus on the ability to:
